Warranty & Return Policy

  1. 1-Year Warranty: XOLORspace offers a 1-year warranty on all products. Within the warranty period, customers may return products for free repair or replacement. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; replacement shipping is covered by XOLORspace. Within the first 6 months, XOLORspace will also reimburse your return shipping cost.
  1. Refund Policy: If a product is defective and cannot be repaired or has been discontinued, the following refunds apply: 100% refund within 3 months of purchase; 85% refund between 3–6 months; 80% refund after 6 months. XOLORspace will also refund shipping costs for defective products returned within 6 months.
  1. Lifetime Warranty (Optional): Customers may pay to join the XOLORspace Club and enjoy lifetime warranty coverage (refer to your warranty card for pricing). If a model is discontinued and the order was placed over 1 year ago, a 70% refund will be issued. Lifetime warranty does not include free shipping — customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs.
  1. No Warranty for Customer Damage: Warranty coverage does not apply to products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), XOLORspace will cover the return shipping costs.
