Shipping & Return

Shipping:

1. Shipping time: within 3 working days upon order is placed.

It takes 7~20 days to arrive. 

3. Expedited Shipping: service is offered by DHL / UPS / Fedex / TNT. It takes 5~7 days to arrive. 

4. Import duty and VAT tax: order is usually not take any import duty or VAT tax on customers live in EU when shipping by standard shipping, for orders will report lower than USD15. Order is usually will take import duty and VAT tax on customers when it is shipped by expedited service. In case any duty or VAT tax is caused, it is to be paid by the buyers. 

5. Any parcels lost during the shipping is to be the responsibility of XOLORspace.
