Open your XOLORspace order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and select View your order or the tracking link. Your order-status page shows the tracking information added to your shipment. You can also follow the carrier link for the latest available updates.

Use the email address you used at checkout. Follow any sign-in or verification prompts to access your order details.

Where is my order number?

Find your order number near the top of your XOLORspace order confirmation email. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the message. Your order number is different from your shipment tracking number.

Not seeing tracking yet?

Tracking information is added when your shipment is prepared. Carrier updates may not appear until the parcel is scanned. If your order has multiple shipments, check each shipment's tracking link.
